Most carpet ripples are caused by too much material tucked under baseboards and poor initial stretching, especially right after seaming the carpet. Brent was over to repair and stretch my carpets on Monday and did a great job. I had many cigarette burns (renter) and has a small flood in the basement and had pulled up the carpet to dry.
