I encourage you to contact me via email or text message. There are many good reasons behind it. It is more efficient, I get lot’s of spam calls and I can not give you a quote over the phone. I seriously need to see some pictures of the damaged area and need to know if you have some extra carpet. Unfortunately, there is no way around it.

I do not provide the following services
- Full house installation
- Hauling the removed carpet and underlay
- Supply carpet (if only required some odd pieces and if I can carry it)
- Commercial office space or any commercial identity
- Glue Down Carpet
- Carpet Cleaning Services
- Carpet Dye
- Carpet Binding, also called carpet edging for the area rugs or runners (needs a special sewing machine)
Quotes
If you need me to come over to your place and give you a quote, there is a fee of $175 for travelling.
Scheduling
Generally within a day or so, it depends on the workload. If you can arrange it 3-4 days in advance, it helps. If we are in the area or a scheduled job for that day, we can be at your place the day you requested. Please let us know your neighbourhood for better scheduling.
Appointments and Payments
Due to the nature of the business we can only be at your premises if you are present. We will do our best to accommodate to your schedule, but if you are not available and want us to go to the property for the repairs, we can only do it if you pay us up front. Otherwise, we can book you in at your next available schedule.
Appointments
We will try our best and we value your time, but due to the nature of the work and the road conditions, we can only give you +- 90min. This means we could be there earlier than expected or within 90 min of the appointment time. Most businesses give a 4-hour wait window…
Pricing
Each job is different so the pricing. We will give you a quote once we see the big picture (remember, you were going to send us the pictures).
All pricing is based on Calgary City Limits. Other areas will have a minimum charge regarding of the size of the job.
