Quotes over the internet are always free. But If you prefer me to come over to your place and give you a quote, a fee starting at $175 depending on the location and any pet damage especially urine and other unpleasant damages a fee starting at $250 will be charged. Please contact us before proceeding for the actual price. If we end up doing the repair at the same visit, there will be no travel charge.
📅 Scheduling
Generally within a day or so, it depends on the workload. If you can arrange it 3-4 days in advance, it helps. If we are in the area or a scheduled job for that day, we can be at your place the day you requested. Please let us know your neighbourhood for better scheduling.
👷♂️ Contractors Hiring us for services
If you are a contractor and would like us to fix a carpet problem, we are here to help. The only requirement we have, let us get you a quote, once you are happy with it, pay us upfront and we will get the job done. There is no exception to this, no payment, no service.
💳 Payments
Due to the nature of the business we can only be at your premises if you are present. We will do our best to accommodate to your schedule, but if you are not available and want us to go to the property for the repairs, we can only do it if you pay us up front. No payment and no service if you are not going to be present. Otherwise, we can book you in at your next available schedule. For the records, payment is due after the job is completed and you verify the job.
📞 Appointments
We will try our best and we value your time, but due to the nature of the work and the road conditions, we can only give you +- 60min. This means we could be there earlier than expected or within 60 min of the appointment time. Most businesses give a 4-hour wait window…
I do not provide the following services
- Full house installation
- Hauling the removed carpet and underlay
- Supply carpet (if only required some odd pieces and if I can carry it)
- Commercial office space or any commercial identity
- Glue Down Carpet
- Carpet Cleaning Services
- Carpet Dye
- Carpet Binding, also called carpet edging for the area rugs or runners (needs a special sewing machine)
💰 Pricing Overview
Each job is different so the pricing. We will give you a quote once we see the big picture (remember, you were going to send us the pictures).
All pricing is based on Calgary City Limits. Other areas will have a minimum charge regarding of the size of the job.
I will provide the BEST customer service and overall high-quality workmanship. All my repair estimates are based on a permanent solution to the problems, therefore I aim for a one-time fix, rather than cheap and multiple fixes.
All my repairs are guaranteed for 6 months. All stretching will be done with a power stretcher. Warranty information could be found under the FAQs section
