Carpet stretching will be done with a power stretcher. If the room is empty, you will get a drum tight carpet. If there is some furniture due to the situations, I will still try to stretch it to the limit. This will give you worry free carpet for many years. So do I give a warranty to the labor part. Well actually I can’t. The main reason is, once I leave the premises, I do not have any control over what the owner will do to their carpet. Some goes and cleans it almost soaking wet, some drags very heavy furniture on the carpet. So I can not control all of those, therefore I can not give any warranty.
